If your order arrives damaged, contact the store within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging.

Incorrect or missing item

If an item is missing or the wrong item was delivered, contact support within 7 days so the issue can be reviewed against your order.

Unopened snacks

Unopened snack products may be reviewed for support on a case-by-case basis, depending on the product condition and delivery circumstances.

Food safety

Opened, consumed, or altered food and drink items may not be eligible for return because of food-safety limits unless there is a clear quality problem.

Photos required

For damaged items, photos of the product, packaging, and shipping condition help the store review the request more quickly.

How refunds are issued

Where a refund is approved, it should be sent back to the original payment method used for the order.

If you have a support issue, contact the store as soon as possible and include your order number so the request can be reviewed properly.
